TCDH series - 3 in 1 compact dehumidifying dryer consists of 3 parts: honeycomb rotor dehumidifying, insulated dryer and stainless steel conveying autoloader, integrates the function of dehumidifying, drying, and two -stage conveying into one machine. The series has 10 models with drying air flow ranges from 60-500 m3 /hr. High efficiency dehumidification and drying for engineering plastics with strong hygroscopic properties (such as: Nylon, PC, PBT, PET, etc.), the dehumidification effect is particularly good, which can meet the strict technical and quality requirements of customers.
Features
1. Equipped with microprocessor, can accurately control regenerative temperature , the actual temperature difference can be controlled within ±0.1° to ensure dew-point stable.
2. 2. To integrate the function of dehumidifying, drying and two - stage conveying into single unit . Three - stage conveying function is optional.
3. 3. Intelligent pre-heating setting, equipped with weekly timer, to realize the machine operating automation.
4. 4. The dehumidification system adopts cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point for improving the quality of finished products greatly thanks to supply stable dehumidified at -40ºC dew-point, controlled temperature precisely.
5. 5. To adopt silica gel absorption honeycomb with low regenerative temperature at 150ºC which can save more power if compare with molecular sieve structure with regenerative temperature above 200ºC.
6. 6. Double - wall insulated hopper dryers feature down - blowing pipe design to avoid heat dispersion for improving drying efficiency. Conveying system is made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination.
7. 7. Closed-loop circulation for dehumidified air & feeding system to avoid the possibility of moisture regain for absorbing outside air during material conveying.
8. 8. Conveying system is equipped with shut -off valve to ensure no remaining material in material tube .
