TGP powerful sound-proof granulator series is used for crushing all kinds of plastic materials, including blow molding, injection molding, extrusion and other molding materials and wastes. The power of the granulator ranges from 5HP to 75HP, which can be used for centralized crushing and beside-the-press crushing. Fully hermetic sound-proof design provides excellent working environment result in noise level below 75db under the condition which measures it within one meter away from the machines.

Application
It is suitable for crushing all kinds of plastic resin including IMM, blowing machine to produce detective products which can be collected together for centralized crushing and recycling, and then mixed with virgin material together before being used by machine.

5. Recycling System (Standard Type): The feeding blower is used to send the crushed material to the cyclone dust collector. The cyclone dust collector separates the crushed material from the air flow, so that the regrind material falls into the storage box or filter cloth bag, and the regrind material is recycled.
6. Blades: Screen the size of crushed particles.
7. Dust Separator Recycling System (Dust Removing Type): The particles in the crushed material can be separated from the dust, and the particles can be recycled directly to avoid waste. The dust is collected into the filter bag, which can keep the working environment clean.
8. Full-Material Alarm Device: Install the material level motor. When the crushing material is full to the material level motor, the circuit will be disconnected through the sensor, the granulator will stop running, and the alarm will remind the customer to deal with it.
