Single Axis AC Servo Driven Robot is extensively applied to horizontal IMM ranging from 50~400T which can take out the runners and finished products from the mold of IMM. There are two types of arms-single stage and telescopic. Arm adopts two stages of double speed structure, easy to adjust and stable. The traverse movement is driven by high performance AC servo motor while vertical arm movement and crosswise movement are driven by pneumatic cylinder. With different requirements of products, robot can work with various grippers and jigs to realize stable & perfect take-out products from mold byquick-descent of removal of products and slow-descent to place outside.



Features

1.  Micro-computer control system was programmed with more safety protection functions to provide safeguard for operator and IMM. In addition, we also can write the special program to meet customers' special requirements for matching the various molds and grippers.

2. 2. Palm controller incorporate changeable Chinese / English screen page, easy learning, multi-functions and programs are provided for selection, automatically detecting, displaying and recording the malfunctions, conveniently maintain and problem solving.

3. 3. High rigidity structure design, stable construction, low vibration, abiding and long service life.

4. 4. Traverse, crosswise and vertical unit adopt high precision linear guiderail result in high speed, low noise, accurate position, wear resistance, heat resistance, long service life without distortion.

5. 5. Single stage arm adopt precision linear guide rail with high wear resistance; high rigid alloy beam which achieve high speed,low vibration and long service life.

6. 6. The telescopic type of vertical arm adopt high rigid alloy beam with the trait of light weight, strong structure, special design belt with double speed which can decrease the height of whole robot not only to meet the requirement of factory height limitation but alsoto increase vertical speed and stable performance.

7. 7. High Performance imported AC Servomotor,workingwith high precise linear guide rail and imported steel wire belt driven result in high speed, low noise. precision position at ±0.1mm.

8. 8. Jig circuit: molded parts quickly remove from the mold and slow drop outside the mold to place the parts, with the action function of "quick take and put down gently" to realize stable and perfect removal action and place products safely accordingto different products with various jigs.

9. 9. Assembled parts and structures design adopt oilless device, easy maintenance and long service life. (Guiderail and slide should be oiled regularly; Therod of cylinder should fill grease regularly.)

10. 10. Lightweight construction design,reduce the weight of moving parts, to achieve the best acceleration / deceleration speed, and work with microprocessor well result in significant power saving.

Application
